Luke Milward Dominates Whilton Mill with TB Kart 950 Monster

At Round 6 of The Kart Championship, Luke Milward delivered a near-perfect weekend at Whilton Mill, showcasing the power of the TB Kart 950 Monster chassis and KR Sport engine package in dominant fashion.

Taking P2 in qualifying, Luke quickly got to work in the heats, converting his strong grid slot into a clean sweep of wins, followed by a commanding drive in the final to secure maximum points for the weekend. All of this while debuting a brand new chassis for the event.

Luke regularly competes on a different kart brand, making the switch to the TB Kart 950 Monster for The Kart Championship even more impressive. The chassis, newly homologated for the UK in 2025, is designed for responsive handling, mid-corner speed, and consistency over long stints – and it passed its first major UK test with flying colours.

Whilton Mill’s fast, technical layout demands a chassis that’s both agile and stable under pressure. The 950 Monster delivered on all fronts, and in Luke’s hands, it looked untouchable. From the moment the lights went out in the heats, he controlled the pace, managed his tyres, and raced like a driver beyond his years.

Powering the performance was a finely prepared KR Sport engine, one of the UK’s most respected power units. The combination of chassis balance and KR Sport’s proven engine performance gave Luke the tools he needed to maximise every session – and he did just that.

Luke’s performance not only highlighted his own adaptability and race craft, but it also proved that the TB Kart 950 Monster is ready to roll out across the UK. Few drivers can jump into a new machine and dominate at this level, especially at a venue like Whilton Mill – but Luke made it look easy.

This result isn’t just a win, it’s a launchpad. With more races ahead and the Monster now proven in UK competition, both kart and driver are set for big things.
